We do not accept exchanges or issue refunds at this time. If you believe there has been a mistake made with your order of if there is a defect, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Please include a detailed description of the issue with your order. Emails can be sent to nikki@nikkispaper.com. Emails are generally answered within 24 hours during weekdays. Response times may be longer on weekends and during holidays.

We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Orders are processed and shipped out within 2 to 3 business days. Packages are sent via USPS. Packages will generally arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Please allow additional time during the holiday season. 

At Nikki’s Paper, we value our customers greatly. We don’t collect personal information about visitors except for standard traffic logs automatically generated from the web server and Google Analytics. If you choose to sign-up for the email list then you agree to receive communications from Nikki’s Paper. You can unsubscribe at any time. We will never sell or voluntarily disclose your email address or personal information to anyone else.
