Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico.
What shipping options do you offer?
All orders are shipped via the Unites States Postal Service (USPS).
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may vary. We’ll do our best to share any updates on our homepage announcements.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. As a small business, we’re not able to support returns or exchanges, but if there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Are your inserts compatible with my planner?
We offer several different insert sizes to fit a variety of planners. Please check the product listing for specific sizing details before placing your order. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help.
Are your products physical or digital?
All of our products are physical items and will be shipped directly to you.
Can I modify or customize an order?
At this time, we do not offer customizations. Each design is created with intention to fit seamlessly into your planning and Bible study routine.
